AI & Automation Manager

About the role

The AI & Automation Manager will integrate artificial intelligence into daily operations to improve efficiency across the company. This role involves developing AI agents, automating workflows, and identifying manual processes to optimize business functions such as recruiting, reporting, and marketing. You will work directly with leadership to build and maintain technical solutions that provide immediate impact on daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of AI agents for leadership and teams for tasks like meeting preparation, research, and email management
• Identification of new AI use cases and integration into existing systems like Outlook, Teams, Salesforce, and Personio
• Evaluation of new AI tools and technologies to determine business value
• Creation of intelligent workflows to consolidate information across systems
• Development of automation workflows for KPI reporting, offer calculation, and tender management
• Quality assurance, maintenance, and documentation of implemented solutions
