Web Designer

About the role

As a Web Designer at AIOS, you will own the end-to-end conversion performance of our brands on the web. You will be responsible for shaping, designing, building, and shipping landing pages, funnels, and onboarding flows while leveraging AI to iterate at high speed. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on driving user action rather than just visual design.

Responsibilities

• Own web conversion end to end, from insight through to live page.
• Design websites, landing pages, funnels, and onboarding flows that drive user action.
• Craft compelling value propositions and test them to see which resonate with patients.
• Implement designs into frontend code using Webflow without relying on a developer handoff.
• Build and improve AI-powered workflows, components, and templates to scale design output.
• Execute A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate rapidly based on performance data.
