The Customer Director Consulting acts as a strategic bridge between complex business challenges and mission-critical IT solutions. You will work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable, high-impact technology solutions for clients in the energy, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. This role involves deep analytical research, C-level stakeholder management, and active participation in both pre-sales and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and conduct thorough research into the technical and market context of client situations.
• Create insights into the core needs of clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor at C-level and senior management level to guide decision-making in complex processes.
• Translate business issues into innovative technical solutions.
• Convince clients of business value by presenting working proofs of value alongside engineers.
