About the role

The Territory Channel Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion through ChargePoint’s reseller and distribution partner network. This role focuses on building, enabling, and managing high-performing channel partnerships to accelerate the adoption of EV charging solutions across the Central region.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a network of reseller and distribution partners aligned with business goals
  • Lead partner onboarding and deliver training on EV charging products, value propositions, and sales strategies
  • Manage and strengthen partner relationships, proactively identifying growth opportunities and resolving issues
  • Enable partners with sales tools, marketing assets, and technical resources to drive performance
  • Set performance targets, track partner progress, and implement strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Apply market and competitive insights to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align partner initiatives and improve overall partner experience
