Senior Consulting Engineer

About the role

MongoDB Professional Services works with customers across various industries to solve technically sophisticated problems and accelerate time to value. This role involves contributing to customer implementations throughout the application lifecycle, delivering training, and acting as a trusted advisor to guide customers in their use of MongoDB. You will partner with internal product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on field experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to customer implementations at all phases of the application lifecycle including planning, design, deployment, and optimization.
• Deliver classroom-based training to architects, developers, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, project managers, and account teams to ensure project success.
• Cultivate a reputation as a trusted advisor to guide customers and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence the MongoDB product roadmap.
