Onboarding Manager, Cybersecurity/CTI

About the role

The Onboarding Manager delivers exceptional onboarding experiences for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to adoption. This role oversees the onboarding process from closed won through completion, coordinating internal teams and tracking progress to ensure fast time-to-value. The position focuses on accounts utilizing Maltego for cybersecurity and CTI use cases, requiring strong domain expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of onboarding projects and accounts to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Conduct onboarding meetings, product demos, workshops, and training sessions.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones while proactively addressing roadblocks.
• Educate and enable customers on product features and best practices to support adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve onboarding risks and technical issues.
• Gather client feedback to improve onboarding processes and recommend product enhancements.
• Maintain product and domain expertise in Maltego, OSINT, and relevant cybersecurity fields.
