About the role

The Finance & Strategy team enables better decision-making across the company by grounding strategic bets in financial reality. You will work closely with business teams and C-level leadership to build business plans, monitor performance, and drive high-impact initiatives. This role involves deep-dives into go-to-market strategies, pricing, and resource allocation to support profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Build business plans to increase enterprise value through profitable growth, margin expansion, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor financial and operational performance to identify value drivers and necessary plan adjustments.
• Steer high-impact initiatives such as pricing strategies and procurement tools.
• Drive punctual explorations including M&A, partnerships, and competitive intelligence.
• Contribute to investor relations, including board meeting preparation and fundraising.
• Build and maintain financial planning and performance monitoring tools in collaboration with Data and Business teams.
