About the role

The Finance & Strategy team enables better, faster decision-making across the company by grounding strategic bets in financial reality. You will work closely with business teams and C-level leadership to build business plans, monitor performance, and drive high-impact initiatives. This role involves balancing financial stewardship with a hands-on approach to building tools and processes that support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Build business plans to drive enterprise value, focusing on profitable growth, margin expansion, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor financial and operational performance to identify value drivers and necessary adjustments.
• Steer performance by framing and implementing high-impact initiatives and conducting strategic explorations.
• Contribute to investor relations and financing activities, including board meeting preparation and fundraising.
• Build, improve, and maintain financial planning and performance monitoring tools in collaboration with Data and Business teams.
