Senior Technical Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Technical Account Manager will lead the evolution of the customer technical engagement model and manage a team of Technical Account Managers. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer leadership to ensure clients maximize the value of Trustonic solutions. You will act as a strategic partner to enterprise customers while collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to influence product direction and drive customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Account Managers to create a high-performing culture.
• Establish operating frameworks, processes, and playbooks for technical support and account growth.
• Act as a senior technical advisor and escalation point for complex customer challenges and incidents.
• Partner with Commercial and Partnership teams to conduct customer reviews and drive adoption.
• Translate customer requirements and insights into recommendations for Product strategy and roadmap development.
• Monitor customer health scores and KPI achievement to identify proactive improvement opportunities.
