Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

Staffbase is looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a newly formed team building custom solutions and integrations for enterprise customers. You will own the development lifecycle from technical design to release, while mentoring mid-level engineers and establishing engineering standards. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of custom solutions end-to-end from technical design through implementation, testing, and release
• Partner with stakeholders to define and detail use cases before development, then validate solutions and gather feedback
• Build across the stack including customer-facing UI, backend services, and integrations with third-party APIs
• Mentor mid-level engineers and help bring structure, engineering standards, and good practices to the team
• Work in a cross-functional, agile setup and produce high-quality, well-tested code
• Give and receive feedback in code reviews and continuously share knowledge with peers
• Work iteratively by pushing code frequently and maintaining a healthy CI/CD pipeline
