Senior Tax Manager

About the role

The Bikeleasing Group is expanding its international tax function and seeking a Senior Tax Manager to oversee tax matters in Germany while developing international tax structures. The role involves close collaboration with external tax advisors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and process optimization. This position is based in Germany and requires occasional business travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the group's tax matters independently with a focus on Germany and international topics.
• Prepare tax returns, declarations, input tax refund claims, and withholding tax applications.
• Perform tax calculations according to the German Commercial Code (HGB) and IFRS reporting.
• Monitor, document, and optimise intra-group transfer pricing.
• Contribute expertise to VAT-related matters and tax audits.
• Serve as the central point of contact for specialist departments, external advisors, and authorities.
