The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will own recruitment infrastructure and deliver high-touch interview coordination to support the company's rapid growth. This role focuses on optimizing the Ashby ATS, establishing recruitment analytics, and streamlining candidate onboarding processes. The specialist will act as the operational engine for the talent team, ensuring efficient hiring workflows across technical and research functions.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and optimize the Ashby ATS to ensure data integrity and efficient candidate throughput.
- Design, build, and maintain recruiting performance dashboards to track metrics like time-to-hire and pipeline velocity.
- Manage complex multi-stage, multi-timezone interview loops for technical and research roles.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, managing logistics and ensuring a high-touch experience.
- Create standard operating procedures for job postings, interview loops, and offer approval processes.
- Facilitate interviewer training sessions on structured interviewing and inclusive hiring practices.
- Partner with People Operations and IT to ensure smooth transitions from offer acceptance to employee onboarding.
