Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager will drive the digitalization and online presence of a global leader in industrial process solutions. This role acts as a central interface between marketing, sales, and eCommerce, focusing on strategic and operational improvements to webshop performance and lead generation. The successful candidate will manage online channels, marketing campaigns, and performance analytics within an international B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Webshops, insbesondere in den Bereichen Suche, Quote Builder, UX/UI, Content-Strukturen sowie Feature-Rollouts
• Steuerung und Umsetzung von SEO- und GEO-Maßnahmen sowie Konzeption und Integration von Landingpages zur eCommerce- und Lead-Generierung
• Pflege, Erstellung und Bereitstellung von Marketing- und eCommerce-Inhalten, z. B. Produktinformationen, Texte, Bilder, Zertifikate, Downloads, Banner und Schulungsmaterialien
• Planung, Umsetzung und Koordination von Online- und Offline-Marketingkampagnen
• Übergreifende Verantwortung für alle Online-Kanäle, insbesondere Website, Content-Plattformen, SEO sowie gegebenenfalls Social Media
• Nutzung von Analytics, KPIs und Reporting-Tools, um Nutzung, Leads und Optimierungspotenziale zu analysieren und zielgerichtete Maßnahmen abzuleiten

Qualifications

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise im B2B-, Industrie- oder technischen Umfeld
