Platform Engineer: Platform Enablement

About the role

The Platform Enablement team is a developer-centric SRE group dedicated to treating internal engineers as primary customers. The role focuses on maintaining foundational layers including observability, CI/CD, and workload orchestration to simplify and improve the efficiency of service deployment and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and advance the internal observability ecosystem including Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, and OpenSearch.
• Enhance CI/CD workflows and developer utilities using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Guide the adoption of Kubernetes and establish standardized deployment patterns.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and build custom tooling.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Internal Developer Platform based on Backstage.
• Develop and support specialized tooling for AI-driven initiatives.
