Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central & Azure Specialist

About the role

AJAT GmbH is seeking an experienced specialist to manage Microsoft Dynamics NAV environments and Microsoft Cloud infrastructure. The role involves analyzing complex ERP issues, managing system integrations, and supporting cloud-based services including Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365. You will work at the intersection of ERP, infrastructure, and IT security to maintain and optimize systems for various client environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016
• Analyze and qualify complex ERP tickets and critical system disturbances
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and NAV standard processes
• Perform error analysis for interfaces between NAV and external systems
• Administer and develop Microsoft Azure environments including VMs, storage, and networking
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Intune configurations
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell
