Senior Product Manager (ISR) Defence & Intelligence

About the role

LiveEO is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product and delivery side of its defence and intelligence business, Sektion 4. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-based ISR capabilities, translating operational military needs into technical requirements for engineering teams. This role involves building roadmaps, managing customer-facing defence projects, and ensuring the successful deployment of satellite analytics products to end users.

Responsibilities

• Own the ISR product lifecycle from demonstrator to deployable product.
• Manage the product backlog and work with engineering in two-week sprints.
• Define release scope and support models for secure on-premise environments.
• Deliver defence projects end-to-end, including milestones and stakeholder communication.
• Build and maintain a roadmap that reconciles project timelines with technical component readiness.
• Conduct workshops and user sessions to gather feedback and demonstrate products.

Qualifications

• Professional background in Bundeswehr, intelligence community, defence procurement, or industry ISR
• Native or fully fluent German and professional English
• German or European citizenship and eligibility for German security clearance
