Senior Strategy & Operations - Core Accounting

About the role

The Senior Strategy & Operations role for the Core Accounting team is responsible for bringing structure, cadence, and operational standards to the product track. You will work closely with the Head of Product to translate strategic priorities into measurable, scalable execution within a complex and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product leadership to define, prioritize, and implement operational roadmaps.
• Design and establish scalable operational frameworks to support business growth.
• Lead comprehensive analyses to identify market opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and growth levers.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives and pilot programs from ideation through implementation.
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Serve as the operational nexus between the track and horizontal teams including care and sales.
• Own the OKR process for the track and design mechanisms to monitor performance against key metrics.
