Senior Product Designer, Learner App

About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own major parts of the learner app, from initial onboarding to tutor session booking. You will partner with product management, engineering, and AI teams to design core learner journeys that drive habit and momentum. This role involves working in an AI-native environment to prototype and ship features while maintaining a high bar for craft, accessibility, and brand fit.

Responsibilities

• Design core learner journeys end to end across iOS and Android including onboarding, daily learning, and tutor booking.
• Use AI design tools and agentic workflows to explore, prototype, and produce at speed.
• Run rigorous evaluations on AI output for craft, accessibility, localization, and brand fit.
• Conduct user research, usability tests, and analyze data to inform design decisions.
• Own conversion and retention moments such as trials, paywalls, and upgrade prompts.
• Collaborate with engineers to ship features and maintain the shared design system.
