About the role

As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for the reliable operation and further development of the internal IT infrastructure. You will play a key role in modernizing the server landscape and ensuring the security and efficiency of the company's technical systems. This role offers the opportunity to work independently with short decision-making paths in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Windows Server environment and virtual machines.
• Manage and develop network infrastructure including WLAN and firewalls.
• Administer users, groups, and permissions within Active Directory.
• Participate in the planned replacement of the server landscape and help shape the new infrastructure.
• Continuously monitor and improve technical security standards.
• Manage hardware procurement, setup, and license management.
• Provide technical support to employees for daily IT issues.
