About the role

Palmer Hargreaves is seeking an IT System Administrator to serve as a key contact for all in-house IT inquiries. The role involves supporting Windows and Mac workstations, managing Microsoft cloud solutions, and optimizing the agency's IT infrastructure. You will ensure the availability of IT systems and coordinate with external IT partners to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide employee support for Windows and Mac workstations
• Set up, maintain, and operate Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure solutions
• Manage the procurement, configuration, and maintenance of on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure
• Ensure the availability and smooth operation of IT systems
• Operate and optimize the IT security landscape and enterprise services
• Coordinate with external IT partners

Qualifications

• Completed IT training or a degree in IT/Computer Science
• At least two years of professional experience as an IT administrator
