Team Lead Electronics

About the role

The Team Lead Electronics Engineering blends technical hardware expertise with people-minded leadership to guide a team of engineers. You will oversee the design, testing, and refinement of electronics for radar systems while ensuring high-quality standards and process efficiency. Reporting to the Head of Innovation, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor a team of engineers on their daily work and project execution
• Define technical direction and team standards, ensuring high quality and alignment across all designs
• Allocate resources efficiently, assign project tasks, and manage work schedules
• Create PCB layouts using Altium Designer and guide choices on RF, analog, and digital circuits
• Oversee detailed testing, simulation, and design verification processes
• Maintain design documentation and ensure compliance with IPC standards and EMC regulations
• Identify operational improvements and manage relationships with component suppliers and EMS partners
