Senior Software Engineer, Support & Integration (C++)

About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join the Anatomy Applications team to ensure the reliable integration and support of Digital Patient Model services. You will handle escalated technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with the engineering team to resolve production problems. The role involves working with both modern C++20 services and legacy code bases to maintain system stability and support customer integrations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze customer-reported issues in production systems, integration setups, and internal environments.
• Reproduce issues, identify root causes, and provide clear technical findings to the engineering team.
• Support customers with the integration of services, APIs, and data flows.
• Analyze issues in legacy products and support their continued operation.
• Work with modern C++20 services and debug older C++ code bases.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to internal teams and customers.
• Contribute to development work when support priorities allow.
