Principal Product Manager, Public Sector

About the role

Brightline is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for its Public Sector business. This senior individual contributor role involves navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems, including government agencies and school partners, to build and scale programs like BrightLife Kids. The position requires a strategic generalist capable of operating in an ambiguous, high-growth environment to drive discovery through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for BrightLife Kids and expand into leading additional public sector partnerships.
• Develop, prioritize, and communicate a public sector product strategy and roadmap to stakeholders at all levels.
• Partner closely with Clinical, Growth, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to translate business challenges into scalable product solutions.
• Deliver on specific state and agency commitments critical to the success and growth of partnerships.
• Build foundational product and platform capabilities to launch and scale new state and grant-funded programs.
• Operate in a client-facing capacity, supporting sales and partnership discussions with state, agency, or community partners.
• Define, measure, and improve key metrics such as renewal probability, adoption, and program utilization.
• Mentor other Product Managers and help elevate the product discipline.
