About the role

The IT System Administrator will manage and maintain the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, clients, and virtualized systems. This role involves ensuring a stable and secure IT environment through proactive monitoring, backup management, and patch management while supporting users with hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities

• Administer IT infrastructure including servers, networks, clients, and virtualized systems
• Manage Windows Server, Exchange, and central applications
• Handle user and permission management and provide technical support to users
• Ensure stable operations through backup, patch management, and security monitoring
• Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with external IT service providers
