About the role

1Komma5Grad is looking for a student to join their team to manage community interactions and brand reputation across social media platforms. You will be responsible for engaging with audiences, monitoring reviews, and driving visibility for the company's content. Additionally, you will lead a project focused on Generative Engine Optimization to improve brand presence in AI-driven search results.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in managing community interactions on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn by responding to comments and messages.
• Monitor and report on reviews across Trustpilot and Google and assist in implementing improvement measures.
• Track relevant video content on YouTube and provide structured observations to the team.
• Actively engage in comments on company posts to stimulate discussion and increase reach.
• Adapt communication styles to the specific logic of different social media platforms.
• Lead the Generative Engine Optimization project to optimize content for AI-powered search results.
