Sales Operations Manager - Memory Solutions

About the role

The Sales Operations Manager will ensure the effectiveness, transparency, and scalability of the sales model for the Memory Solutions division. This role involves translating strategic goals into operational processes, including forecasting, deal-desk mechanics, and cross-functional collaboration. The position reports directly to the General Manager of the Business Division.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of the sales operating model including roles, governance, and KPIs.
• Define and optimize end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to order tracking.
• Establish standards for pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates.
• Manage CRM and data excellence, including the development of reporting and Power BI dashboards using AI tools.
• Develop a KPI-based sales management system and conduct regular business reviews.
• Build and manage a structured deal-desk process for pricing, margin approvals, and cross-functional reviews.
• Ensure efficient coordination between sales, product management, engineering, marketing, finance, and supply chain.

Qualifications
