Founders Associate Finance

About the role

The Founders Associate Finance will work closely with the finance team to manage financial forecasting, KPI reporting, and core accounting processes. This role is designed for a proactive individual to support business growth through data-driven insights and operational financial management in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on with financial forecasting and KPI reporting to help shape how we plan and grow
• Support month end closing processes and bookkeeping
• Support invoice management and collections to keep cash flowing
• Assist in preparing annual financial statements and work closely with external partners
• Take ownership of data cleaning and provide cross-departmental support
• Be hands-on with financial systems
