Senior Software Engineer (AI CICD)

About the role

Chainguard is building the next generation of products at the intersection of security and AI to secure the software supply chain. You will join a fast-moving team to ship tools that developers use, working on products like Guardener, hardened GitHub Actions, and Chainguard Agent Skills. The role involves owning features end-to-end, navigating ambiguous problems, and contributing to a product-driven roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from design through implementation, rollout, and iteration.
• Navigate ambiguous problems and find a clear path forward.
• Contribute to a product-driven roadmap with real deadlines and prioritize tradeoffs.
• Extend Chainguard's agentic AI foundation into customer-facing product experiences.
• Bring a strong technical point of view to architectural decisions and collaborate with the team.
