Working Student - Information Security

About the role

The Audit, Certifications and Assurance team is seeking a student to support information security audits and assurance activities. You will help strengthen security processes, coordinate evidence collection, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure audit readiness. This role offers the opportunity to build practical skills in risk, compliance, and security frameworks within an international cloud software environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, preparation, and follow-up of internal and external information security audits, certifications, and assurance activities.
• Coordinate audit evidence collection, maintain documentation, and track requests, findings, and agreed actions through to completion.
• Work with teams across the organization to obtain information, clarify responsibilities, and follow up on open tasks and deadlines.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and controls within the ISMS.
• Assist with audit-readiness activities, process reviews, reporting, and the maintenance of information-security and assurance records.
• Explore secure, responsible uses of AI to improve documentation, evidence structuring, and audit workflows.
