HR Operations Manager

About the role

Salience Labs is seeking an HR Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of People Operations as the company scales. This role will ensure compliance, maintain audit-ready records, and refine HR systems and processes across multiple geographies. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for employees and support the development of a consistent, high-performing company culture.

Responsibilities

• Own the employee lifecycle end to end, including onboarding, changes, and off-boarding.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records across all geographies.
• Ensure compliance with employment law across the UK and US.
• Manage contracts, policies, and documentation.
• Own and optimise HRIS and People tooling, including Humaans and ATS workflows.
• Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and day-to-day people matters.
• Support managers with operational HR topics and guidance.
• Provide reliable data and reporting to support decision making.
