About the role

The Mobility House is seeking a student to support product management in the development and optimization of webshop storefronts. You will work with Salesforce Commerce and ERP systems to ensure data quality while contributing to process digitalization and automation. This role involves collaborating across departments to enhance customer onboarding and create knowledge content for the online help center.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize webshop storefront content and product information in Salesforce Commerce.
• Support product portfolio development and the implementation of new storefronts.
• Maintain and verify product and order data in Salesforce Commerce and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, support, and external partners.
• Analyze customer onboarding processes to identify optimization and automation potential.
• Develop documentation strategies and prepare guides and templates for the online help center.

Qualifications
