About the role
Binance is seeking a high-performing Accountant with strong technical accounting fundamentals and a finance transformation mindset. The role involves managing core accounting and reporting while leveraging AI, automation, and data technology to improve efficiency, controls, and scalability. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement technology-enabled finance solutions and drive process transformation.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial and management reporting, including cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting and statutory reporting.
- Prepare and review annual reports, statutory accounts and management reports.
- Perform and review revenue, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate governance requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external advisors.
- Identify and deliver opportunities to automate, simplify and transform finance processes.
- Leverage AI, GenAI, automation, data analytics and technology to improve accounting efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
- Partner with Finance Systems, Data, Engineering and business teams to implement technology-enabled finance solutions.
