Tech Lead

About the role

The Tech Lead is a hands-on engineering role responsible for technical leadership, quality, and long-term direction within cross-functional, self-steering customer teams. You will act as a technical point of contact, shape technical vision, and influence teams through expertise and example rather than formal hierarchy. This role involves working closely with customers in the Amsterdam region to design, build, and manage mission-critical IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact and represent the team toward the customer on technical topics.
• Formulate and maintain a clear technical vision that aligns with customer business and security architecture.
• Lead within the account triangle by working as an equal peer with sales and delivery directors.
• Drive best practices, standardization, and the development of reusable platforms and patterns.
• Guard quality across the entire lifecycle from design and implementation to operations.
• Mentor and coach fellow engineers while contributing to the company-wide Tech Lead community.
