Capture Management Director

About the role

The Capture Management Director will lead the pursuit of strategic, high-value business opportunities for Concept Plus. This role involves managing the full opportunity lifecycle, from initial capture through award, while collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive growth. The successful candidate will serve as a mentor and force multiplier, shaping business strategy and delivering superior client service.

Responsibilities

• Support capture of new and organic opportunities identified as Strategic by the Executive Team
• Mentor others on capture management
• Develop a proficient understanding of service offerings
• Contribute to the growth of the company through capture and proposal writing
• Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive growth plans
• Manage the opportunity lifecycle from end to end
• Lead and control meetings to bring diverse groups to consensus
• Work collaboratively with functional areas such as recruiting and contracts to complete capture tasks

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional work experience including 8+ years of capture experience in a Federal system integrator or professional services firm
• Successful track record winning Federal opportunities at the $50M-100M+ TCV level
• US Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain a government clearance
