Senior Sales & Business Development Manager, Asia-Pacific

About the role

Mynaric is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven professional to lead business development and sales efforts across the Asia-Pacific region. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships with government and commercial stakeholders, and managing complex sales cycles from initial engagement through contract award and program execution. This role serves as a key link between the customer and internal teams to ensure long-term partnership success and strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across government, defense, aerospace, and commercial markets in the Asia-Pacific region.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers, program leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead complex sales and capture activities, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract award.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Program Management to ensure alignment with customer objectives.
• Support program execution post-contract to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to influence product development and strategic decision-making.
