Senior Product Designer

About the role

Forteil GmbH - bonify is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape financial health experiences for millions of users across mobile and web. This role involves owning the end-to-end design process, from research and prototyping to delivery, with a focus on simplifying complex financial data. The position requires a hands-on approach, strong product thinking, and the ability to integrate AI into design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design for a defined area across mobile and web.
• Plan and conduct customer research, interviews and usability testing with German-speaking users.
• Translate qualitative research and behavioural data into clear product decisions.
• Create user flows, interaction models, prototypes and polished product experiences in Figma.
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable and implemented with high quality.
• Partner with Product and Data to define success metrics and evaluate the impact of shipped work.
• Contribute to and improve reusable patterns and the design system.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, exploration, prototyping and documentation.

Qualifications
