Product Designer

About the role

As a Product Designer, you will work on the H Platform to create and run agentic AI workflows. You will be responsible for making the platform useful for users by building product experiences that deliver real value in organizations. You will collaborate with engineers and product managers to shape the roadmap and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.

Responsibilities

• Talk to users to understand their needs and identify opportunities for platform improvement.
• Turn insights into research and explorations to determine the best design direction.
• Select appropriate tools for tasks, including Figma designs, prototypes, or code changes.
• Test builds with users, measure impact through A/B testing and interviews, and iterate based on findings.
• Shape the product roadmap in collaboration with the engineering and product management teams.
