Junior Fullstack Engineer - Productivity

About the role

Doctrine is building a leading legal AI platform to help legal professionals work more efficiently. As a fullstack engineering intern in the Productivity team, you will work on improving tools for visualizing and manipulating various document types within the application. You will collaborate with product and technical teams to define and implement features that enhance the user experience for document management.

Responsibilities

• Develop features to visualize PDF, Word, and image files directly in the browser
• Implement configuration options for document viewing such as zoom, search, and orientation
• Overlay OCR text onto original documents to enable text selection and copying
• Create tools for document splitting, merging, and page reordering
• Participate in user needs analysis and technical solution definition
• Engage with the web chapter to share knowledge and improve development processes
