Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Operations Specialist acts as the primary execution partner for global marketing strategies within assigned regions. This role bridges the gap between global strategy and local teams by translating campaign briefs into live, tracked, and measurable programs. The specialist manages regional website updates, executes end-to-end campaigns, and serves as the main point of contact for regional marketing technology requests.

Responsibilities

• Own and deploy regional campaigns end-to-end, including landing page updates, email programs, UTM tracking, registration flows, and post-campaign reporting.
• Work closely with regional Growth Leads and Corporate Marketing Operations to align localized campaigns with global marketing calendars.
• Facilitate and execute demand generation programs, events, and webinars for designated regions.
• Serve as the primary regional contact for Martech questions, tool access, and user requests.
• Coordinate, triage, and route platform-specific requests to their respective owners.
• Manage seat allocations, user access, and tool usage reporting for regional team members.
• Handle regional website update requests, including content edits, component modifications, URL changes, and UTM setups on Webflow and Salesforce.
• Build and manage Salesforce flows, automations, and custom reporting dashboards to track lead ingestion and campaign performance.
