As a Senior Marketing Manager at Brezzels, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our creator platform. You will be responsible for building and owning the marketing department, defining our strategy, and driving growth in a dynamic environment. Your mission is to increase brand awareness and strengthen our market position through performance, event, and content marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize marketing strategies and inbound lead generation in coordination with sales and leadership.
• Create targeted marketing campaigns and tactics to build a qualified pipeline and accelerate growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop new ideas and manage external service providers using clear briefings and KPI analysis.
• Oversee performance marketing channels and optimize the company website to increase traffic and conversion rates.
• Further develop the event marketing strategy and expand social media marketing efforts.
