About the role

As a Production Team Leader, you will play a key role in guiding the production floor and building a future-proof production organization. You will be responsible for the daily management of approximately 60 employees in an international production environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output. You will focus on SQDC objectives, optimize the deployment of personnel and machines, and contribute to team development and the implementation of the Carlisle Operating System.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of production while monitoring safety, quality, and progress
• Monitoring and improving performance according to SQDC objectives
• Coaching and developing employees, including conducting development and absence interviews
• Stimulating employability and rotation within the team
• Contributing to the professionalization of the production organization and the implementation of the Carlisle Operating System

Qualifications

• MBO 4 level of education, preferably technical
