About the role
ClickUp is seeking a Strategic Solutions Engineer to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across the APAC region. This role functions at the intersection of enterprise pre-sales, partner enablement, and solution architecture to empower partners to independently acquire and implement ClickUp solutions. The successful candidate will act as a technical force multiplier, building and scaling enablement programs while supporting strategic direct customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured enablement programs including workflow mapping and AI-driven solution design.
- Serve as the technical lead on partner-sourced deals from discovery through POC to post-sales handoff.
- Support Account Executives on strategic direct opportunities through discovery, demos, and technical evaluations.
- Lead technical demonstrations and deep-dives for prospective partners to support recruitment and development.
- Enable partners to identify, scope, and sell AI-driven Certified Agent opportunities.
- Lead or support partner-driven events, workshops, and the development of enablement content.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product to resolve technical questions and improve processes.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a comparable customer-facing technical role
- 2+ years supporting or enabling channel partners, VARs, or system integrators

- Strong presentation, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills
