About the role

Batgroup is seeking a Robotics Technician to support the distribution, deployment, maintenance, and after-sales service of professional robots, with an initial focus on cleaning robots. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, configuring, and commissioning robotic systems within a growing technical center in Switzerland. You will work on electronic, software, hydraulic, and mechanical components while collaborating with international manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, configuration, and commissioning of professional cleaning robots.
• Maintain electronic and electrical systems including batteries, circuit boards, motors, sensors, and LiDAR.
• Manage software updates, firmware, navigation configuration, and error analysis.
• Service hydraulic circuits, water pumps, valves, filters, and tanks.
• Maintain aspiration and cleaning systems including motors, turbines, and brushes.
• Perform mechanical repairs on transmissions, wheels, and structural components.
• Prepare new robots and conduct preventive maintenance at client sites across Switzerland.
