About the role

The Head of Brand will own the creative and brand strategy end-to-end, bridging the gap between high-level storytelling and measurable business impact. This role involves leading and mentoring high-performing teams while ensuring the company mission resonates across every touchpoint. You will drive brand identity and creative production while partnering with growth and product teams to align initiatives with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Owning the production of creative assets, ensuring every output meets a consistently high bar of quality, craft, and brand consistency.
• Driving both ATL and BTL/untraditional activations, bringing the brand to life in bold and memorable ways.
• Steering presence across existing social media channels and new ones, while building an influencer strategy.
• Shaping and safeguarding brand identity, and grounding decisions in research and listening.
• Building and mentoring the team, establishing clear creative rituals and tools to ensure efficient, high-quality output.
• Partnering closely with Growth and Product teams to align brand initiatives with acquisition goals, retention targets, and product launches.
• Defining and tracking KPIs for brand awareness and consideration.
