About the role

GlasfaserPlus IT Services GmbH is looking for a student to support the Rollout Operations Office in planning, managing, and documenting fiber optic expansion projects. The role involves data maintenance, infrastructure research, and administrative support for cross-management and conduit leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and complete crossing data in the internal project management tool
• Reconcile system data with project documents and SharePoint records
• Prepare and process conduit leasing requests in the service provider system
• Monitor and track SLAs and project statuses
• Research and document infrastructure information using the BNetzA infrastructure atlas
• Manage the team mailbox and support structured documentation of processes
