About the role

Legartis is seeking a Legal AI Engineer to bridge the gap between customer needs and AI product development. This role involves translating complex legal workflows into engineering requirements, building and testing AI agent skills, and ensuring solutions are scalable and sellable. You will act as the primary legal authority within the team while directly influencing the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer workflows into technical engineering requirements and specifications.
• Build, test, and ship agent skills and playbooks to solve real-world legal tasks.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure and improve AI performance.
• Create repeatable demo environments and onboarding processes for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Provide legal and compliance guidance on contract reviews and data protection matters.
