About the role
The Senior Organisational Development Practitioner sets the standard for coaching and organisational development at Canonical. This role involves coaching leaders to achieve management excellence, diagnosing leadership needs within organisations, and developing other practitioners in the field. You will work both from the central team and embedded within specific organisations to drive improvements and define new ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Coach leaders to raise their performance against management excellence standards.
- Conduct hard conversations and turn 360 feedback into actionable commitments.
- Perform sharp diagnoses of organisational leadership and drive improvement plans.
- Develop and supervise practitioners in the field to improve their craft.
- Define and implement new ways of working across the globally distributed company.
- Refine management excellence standards based on field insights.
