Oracle Fusion ERP Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Trainer to deliver a structured 12-week training program for future Oracle Fusion consultants. This role involves designing training materials, supporting a pre-study phase, and delivering interactive, instructor-led sessions covering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP foundations, financials, procurement, and technical integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging training materials including presentations, exercises, and pre-study content.
• Support the individual pre-study phase to build foundational knowledge across all participants.
• Deliver interactive, instructor-led training sessions across the 12-week program.
• Guide participants through theoretical concepts and real-world scenarios using Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and individual support throughout the program.
• Assess and provide feedback on participants' final capstone project work.
