About the role
The Senior Manager of AI Practice will lead a team of mentors and own the delivery outcomes for the Claude Corps fellowship program. This role involves managing mentor performance, ensuring curriculum quality, and building scalable delivery systems to support hundreds of fellows. You will act as a bridge between field operations and the curriculum team to drive continuous improvement in AI workforce training.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of mentors including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
- Run team operating cadences such as weekly syncs and 1:1s to ensure operational consistency.
- Own the delivery outcomes for a portfolio of fellows, ensuring instructional quality and student learning.
- Set agendas for instructional time and determine when to lead sessions versus delegating to mentors.
- Replace manual, hand-run processes with scalable delivery systems.
- Partner with strategic stakeholders to translate field observations into structured curriculum change requests.
