Senior National Account Manager

About the role

The Senior National Account Manager will manage the daily relationship with a portfolio of major restaurant partners to drive sales and operational excellence. This role involves using data-driven insights to advise partners on growth strategies and collaborating across internal teams to influence the future of the brand. You will be responsible for shaping how the company serves restaurants and grocers within a fast-paced marketplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Relationship Management: Act as the primary consultant for a portfolio of major restaurant partners, managing weekly operational meetings and high-level performance reviews.
• Data-Driven Insight: Monitor and analyse partner-specific goals, creating compelling narratives from complex data to show partners where and how they can improve.
• Consultative Growth: Increase revenue and health metrics by advising partners on best practices for selection, pricing, and service levels.
• Operational Training: Deliver in-person training sessions for key partners covering operational best practices, Deliveroo insights, and on-site troubleshooting.
• Regional Collaboration: Partner with regional Commercial Managers to identify and prioritise growth opportunities across specific UK zones.
• Marketing Integration: Work with restaurant marketing counterparts to design and deliver campaigns that create long-term value for both the partner and Deliveroo.
• Cross-Functional Advocacy: Identify opportunities to deepen relationships by involving and working with Deliveroo’s Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.
